3GP - Video Clips can be transmitted from the computer on your mobile phone using an infrared port, data cable, or your bluetooth connection. But the easiest way is to copy it to your memory card! Most 3G capable mobile phones support the playback and recording of video in 3gp format. Some newer cell phones without 3G capabilities may also playback and record in this format.
